Xenophon (Also a political theorist) (444 B.C.-357 B.C.). The Hipparchicus, a treatise on the duties of a commander of cavalry, containing military precepts.

Polybius (Also a political theorist). Unfortunately, the technical military treatises of Polybius have not survived.
